One can contiue to stay using I-485 receipt without valid I-94. afasik I-797 can be used only if you filed H1 extention after you came back on parolee.
If a person travels on AP, he will get a new PAROLE I-94 which shows expiry date of 1 year from the day he entered on AP. Can the person stay in US AFTER that expiry date and continue working using a valid I-797?

I have applied for cos from h1 to h4.
it is still pending. Am I eligible to renew my drivers license in PA based on pending cos to h4 receipt notice.

Just i have applied for AP through efile. From here what's the procedure? Do i need to send the support documentation? if so, what are all the documents i need to send? please through some light on this. also will i get another bio metrics appointment?
with addition to above my questions, do i need to get stamped to maintain my H1 status? or will it be okay if enter thro' AP and working for my same employer to maintain my H1 status?

In my opinion I think we should get the news guys into this and get the information out there about the irresponsibility with which they have mismanaged the whole process. Such kind of problems usually grab headlines when it happens with US citizens.
I think we need to be heard. Imagine, insurance companies violating makes news, social security makes news, airport security regulations and mismanagement makes news _ WHY CANT THIS? THIS IS SO CRUEL. HOW MANY HOURS, MONEY, EFFORT HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN? CAN WE NOT GET SOME NEWS CHANNEL TO COVER THIS? SOMEONE TO SPEAK TO A JOURNALIST ABOUT HOW AWFUL IT HAS BEEN????
THIS HAS ALL THE ELEMENTS OF PAIN, AGONY, AND DECEIT. Please comment. Only when we do this, will we get the EB numbers to get increased. Only then , the lawmakers will get up and smell the coffee. LEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND WHAT DO WE GET AFTER OBEYING THE LAW? MISMANAGEMENT THROWN AT OUR FACE.

Hello Members,
I noticed that the dates on my i-765, i-131 and i-485 changed to 9/1/2008 today. This has not changed since I got my EAD. None of my wife's dates have changed. Does this mean anything? The things I have done lately that might (or might not) have caused this:
- Called CSR to check on status. She asked me to call back as my processing dates are not current yet.
- my lawyer sent G-28 so they could check on any information for me.
Here is some info:
i-140: 9/26/2005
i-485: 7/23/2007
EB-2
Any ideas?

1. If we withdraw I485, can I apply for B1 visa later to come back for business? Or because we have applied for immigration visa, our B1 application will be denied?
2. If we change I485 to Consular Process, probably we can not apply for B1, right?
